In addition to having several scratching posts and resting places provided for our cats, they live alongside us. They sit with us on the couch when we watch movies, sleep in our bed, are in the kitchen when we cook, and keep us company in the bathroom. It’s important to us that our cats are part of our lives, and we consider them family members.
We have a catio on our terrace, which is about 16 sqm in size. During the summer, we keep the terrace door open when we're home, allowing the cats to come and go freely in their catio. We sit outside with the cats, enjoy the sun, and play together. This provides our cats with the opportunity to be outdoors in a safe environment, in addition to our leash walks.
Our cats have access to a cat wheel, and the Bengals love it! Here, the cats can run off their energy and get exercise. The cat wheel is equipped with protective covers to prevent the risk of pinching, allowing us to let the kittens run in it as well.
In addition to the cats' scratching posts, outdoor enclosure, and resting places, they also have a climbing wall that they love. Here, they can lie high up and watch, keeping an eye on everything happening in the home. The climbing wall is located in our living room, where we spend most of our time.
